点了光球没有写入？
确认麦克风和语音识别权限已开启。第一次使用会先问你是否同意云端识别，同意后才开始录音；之后可以在设置的「云端识别与解析」里查看或撤回。说得太短（不到 1 秒）会提示录音太短。

写错了怎么办？
点写入回执上的「修改」直接改标题和时间，改过的名字下次就认得；整条不要了就点「撤销」。想每条都先过目，在设置里打开「写入前先确认」。

人名、项目名总是听错？
在回执上改一次，Krono 会记住。没有网络时 Krono 改用手机本机识别，专有名词可能不如平时准。

免费额度用完了？
新用户可以免费写入 5 条，之后需要订阅 Krono Pro。首次订阅有 Apple 提供的 14 天免费试用。

怎么取消订阅？
iPhone「设置 → 你的名字 → 订阅 → Krono」。在当前周期（包括试用期）结束前至少 24 小时取消，就不会再扣费。

换了手机或重装后订阅不见了？
用同一个 Apple ID 登录，在订阅页点「恢复购买」。

权限说明

• 麦克风与语音识别：听你说话并转成文字
• 日历与提醒事项：写入，并读取前后几天的安排来判断时间、避免重复
• 通知：你离开 App 后，写入回执以通知送达，可直接撤销或修改；试用结束前提醒你
• 每一项都可以先跳过，之后在设置或 iPhone 系统设置里补开

Common questions

I tapped the orb but nothing was saved
Check that Microphone and Speech Recognition are allowed. The first time you use voice input, Krono asks for your consent to cloud recognition and only starts recording once you agree; you can review or withdraw it later under "Cloud recognition" in settings. Very short recordings (under a second) show "recording too short".

Something was written wrong
Tap "Edit" on the receipt to fix the title or time — Krono remembers corrected names next time. Tap "Undo" to remove the whole entry. To review every entry first, turn on "Confirm before writing" in settings.

Names keep getting misheard
Correct them once on the receipt and Krono learns them. Without a network connection Krono uses on-device recognition, which is less accurate with names.

My free captures ran out
New users can save 5 captures for free; after that Krono Pro is required. A first subscription starts with a 14-day free trial from Apple.

How do I cancel?
iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Krono. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period (including a trial) ends and you will not be charged again.

My subscription is missing on a new phone
Sign in with the same Apple ID and tap "Restore Purchases" on the subscription screen.

Permissions

• Microphone and Speech Recognition: to hear you and turn speech into text
• Calendar and Reminders: to write entries, and to read the surrounding days to place times and avoid duplicates
• Notifications: to deliver the write receipt, with Undo and Edit, after you leave the app, and to remind you before a trial ends
• You can skip any of them and turn them on later in settings or in iOS Settings
